CONSENT JUDGEMENT

This suit was filed in this Honourable Court by a Complaint dated 20^th November, 2017 and filed same date where the claimant’s Claim is for:

The Claimant’s claim against the Defendant is for the sum of N1,260518:38 (One Million Two Hundred and Sixty Thousand Five Hundred and Eighteen Naira, Thirty Eight Kobo Only) being the outstanding salaries, leave bonus and (Pension analysis for the period of 23 Months).
10% court interest from the day judgment is delivered until the entire sum is liquidated.
Cost of this action.
General damages in the sum of N3,000,000:00(Three Million Naira Only).
Special damages for the Psychological trauma is the sum of N1,000,000:00 (One Million Naira Only).

The terms of settlement filed dated 19^th day of February, 2018 and signed by parties and their respective counsel stated as follows:

That the Defendant have agreed to pay the Claimant his outstanding salaries and leave allowance in the totalsum of Nine Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Ninety One Forty Four Kobo (N925,091.44) only.
That the sum in clause 1 above shall be paid in five installments of One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Eighteen Naira Twenty Nine Kobo (N185,018.29) starting from the month of December 2017.
That the Defendant pays the second installment sum of One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Eighteen Naira Twenty Nine Kobo(N185,018.29) only on or before 31^st day of January, 2018.
That the Defendant pays the third installment sum of One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Eighteen Naira Twenty Nine Kobo (N185,018.29) only on or before 28^th day of February, 2018.
That the Defendant pays the fourth installment sum of One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Eighteen Naira Twenty Nine Kobo (N185,018.29) only on or before 31^st day of March, 2018.
That the Defendant pays the last/fifth installment sum of One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Eighteen Naira Twenty Nine Kobo (N185,018.29) only on or before 30^th day of April, 2018.
That the Defendant pays to the claimant’s Pension Contributors the sum of Two Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Eight Naira Six Kobo (N286,368.86) only being outstanding Pensiondue to the Claimant in Five Installments starting from December, 2017.
That the parties shall be bound by the terms and same be adopted as the judgment of this Honourable Court by consent of the parties.

Court:

The terms of settlement filed between the parties on 19^th day of February, 2018 is hereby adopted as the Consent Judgment of Court and is entered accordingly.
