A cell courtroom sitting in Lafia, Nasarawa State, on Saturday convicted 57 individuals for violating the state’s Environmental Sanitation Legal guidelines.
The prosecutor, Abubakar Mohammed, informed the courtroom that the offenders had been arrested whereas transacting their non-public companies when they need to be engaged within the month-to-month sanitation train.
Mohammed stated that the offences violated Part 9(2) of the State Environmental Sanitation Legal guidelines, and urged the courtroom to sanction them accordingly, to function deterrent to others.
