THE Registrar-General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Garba Abubakar on Wednesday, said Commission would partner the National Assembly to ensure that the amended Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) signed into law by President Muhammadu Buhari is quickly gazetted for quick implementation.
Garba, who spoke during a visit to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment in Abuja, lamented that many countries have changed their laws in this area more than five times, adding that that of Nigeria was coming 20 years after.
