JUDGMENT

The Claimant approached this Honourable Court with a Complaint dated 3^rd May, 2012 on the same date. By his Amended Statement of Facts dated 13^th November, 2013 leave for which was granted on 6/12/13, he claims the following reliefs against the Defendants as stated in paragraph 29 as follows:

WHEREAS THE CLAIMANT claim jointly and severally against the Defendants as follows:

(a) An order reinstating the claimant back into his job and to be accorded all his requisite rights and status.

(b) An order that the claimant be issued with his upgrading promotion letter and all his entitlements as from 1994 as recommended by the committee be paid to him by the Defendants.

(c) General and special damages amounting to N97,518,358.00 (Ninety Seven Million, Five Hundred and Eighteen Thousand, Three Hundred and Fifty Eight Naira) as follows:-

N90,000,000.00 (Ninety Million Naira) as general damages-psychological and mental torture occasioned by the illegal and premature retirement etc.
Special damages N7,518,358.00 (Seven Million Five Hundred and Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Eight Naira) as follows:
