The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) has pleaded with the Ikeja Special Offences Court handling the case of the embattled Instagram influencer cum, “Adeherself” not to grant her bail.

Recall Ghgossip.com earlier reported the arrested of Adehersef from her home where documents of forgery, phones among other things were found in her possession. Adeherself is standing trial on one charge ie, possession of documents that details fraudulent activities carried out by herself and her crew.

Mr. Samuel Daji, the lead prosecuting counsel for the anti-graft agency, made the plea before the court saying “I urge the court to refuse the bail of the defendant and order accelerated hearing,”. Prior to this, Adeherself’s lawyers had put in a request for bail but chances of her getting a bail look slim as the Judge ruling over the case adjourns it to Wednesday.
