A employees of First Financial institution of Nigeria, Philips Orunmade, who allegedly stole N18.9 million from the financial institution’s ATM has been arrested.
Orunmade, who was mentioned to be in command of ATM gallery keys at Aduwawa department of the financial institution in Benin, was arrested by the Benin Zonal Workplace of the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC.
He had been on the run since three November 2019.
Efforts to trace him didn’t yield fruit till he was captured in Lagos.
In line with the financial institution, the suspect was captured by the CCTV footage, strolling into the ATM gallery.
He then used a nylon bag to cowl the CCTV.
