WHAT THE COURT CONSIDER WHERE THERE IS SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE IS SOUGHT
Where specific performance is sought the court must be satisfied that there is a concluded contract which would be binding at law if all proper formalities are complied with the parties must have agreed on all the essential terms of the agreement which must be sufficiently precise that the court can order exact performance of it.
