“Chief Whip, you will have to enforce the rules. When someone’s name is announced, just follow the rules, there are consequences for it, Just follow the rules. You (lawmakers) should not allow your name to be mentioned. We are supposed to be honourable members.

“I want us to sit in accordance with the rules and conduct ourselves in accordance with the protocol, otherwise we will be putting our families in danger, putting our country in danger. For now, Chief Whip, you have to enforce the rules, and we are going to hold you responsible,”

He added that members using the face shields without the facemask will be prevented from entering the green chamber.
