Mr Olusegun Ogungbemide, the Sector Commander, Federal Street Security Corps (FRSC), in Lagos State, on Sunday cautioned motorists within the state in opposition to braking visitors legal guidelines through the wet season.
Ogungbemide, who took over from Mr Hyginus Omeje in Lagos, gave the warning in an interview with the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday.
